Monthly Support

This option covers basic ongoing website maintenance, back-up, and security protocol on a per month basis, so you can rest knowing that your professional online presence investment is being watched over and help is available.

On a recurring, monthly basis you get:

• 1 website database back-up daily
• 1 website physical walk-through and check-up, where we manally check the website for updates, malware, any operating issues, daily
• Daily plugin software updates with checks and testing to ensure plugin updates do not conflict with previous installations
• Weekly security scans for virus, malware, and spyware (and immediate notification if we find an alert)
• 5 blog post uploads per month. This service includes adding related images, related articles, and adding appropriate SEO and social media link connections to each blog post uploaded on your behalf. (The blog posts must be submitted for copying/pasting in Plain Text format or Word 97-2003.)
• 5 monthly website/social media/SEO related questions by e-mail as well.

This solution is perfect for the busy business professional who doesn't have time to create and/or check site security status, check for appropriate back-ups, adding blogging content, finding related copyright-free photography and related articles, adding SEO and social media connections to every blog post, but wants their business site maintained and wants an experienced website developer to upload blog content up to six times per month for them.

Upon signing up, you will be invoiced monthly at the same date every month. Monthly charges stop when you stop payment, until or unless we're notified otherwise. So there is no subscription to cancel. If you don't pay a monthly invoice, we provide a complimentary 48 hour grace period and simply cancel the service at that time.
